Itinerary

  • Ease into your adventure with a short first sail up Antigua’s west coast. At Deep Bay you can snorkel the famous Andes shipwreck or hike up to Fort Barrington for sweeping views before enjoying your first Caribbean sunset at anchor.

  • Set sail north on a longer passage (5–6 hours) to Barbuda, Antigua’s untouched sister island. Drop anchor off Low Bay and spend the afternoon swimming and walking the island’s endless pink-sand beach. Overnight in total seclusion.

  • After a morning beach walk or an optional visit to the Frigate Bird Sanctuary, sail back south to Antigua (5–6 hours). Arrive at Dickenson Bay in time for sunset drinks and dinner ashore — this is Antigua’s liveliest beach, with bars and nightlife at your doorstep.

  • Sail around to English Harbour, the heart of Antigua’s sailing culture. Explore Nelson’s Dockyard, climb the old forts, and soak in the island’s history. This is also the perfect stop for resupplying the yacht.

  • Head east for a day of pure escape at Green Island. With no marinas or crowds, it’s a self-sufficient stop ideal for snorkelling, paddle boarding, or kitesurfing in crystal-clear waters.

  • After a morning swim, return to English Harbour. Time your visit for the famous Shirley Heights BBQ & Party — one of the Caribbean’s must-do evenings with steel bands, food, and dancing against a panoramic sunset backdrop.

  • Sail back to Jolly Harbour for your final evening. Relax, enjoy dinner ashore, and prepare to disembark after a week exploring Antigua & Barbuda’s best beaches, history, and hidden coves.
